Mattress bookings must be managed separately

Mattress bookings and general Clean-Ups are different bookings.

  • If you have booked a mattress and a general goods collection, you must edit them separately.
  • Each booking will have a different booking number.
  • Check your email and SMS alerts for your booking number(s).

You can cancel or reschedule anytime prior to midnight three working days prior to your collection date. If you cancel or reschedule after this time, you will still lose one of your two annual pick ups.
